Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the Philippines. We don't ship internationally yet.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard delivery: ₱120.00, 3–5 business days, nationwide.
• Express delivery: ₱220.00, 1–2 business days, Metro Manila & Davao only.

You choose the delivery method at checkout, and the shipping fee is shown before you pay.

When your order ships

We pack and hand your order to the courier within 1–3 business days of your payment going through. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays. The delivery times above count from when your order ships.

When it ships, we email you the courier's name and a tracking number.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers can be delayed by weather, holidays, peak seasons or other things outside our control. If your parcel seems stuck, email hello@girlsbeinggirls.world with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier.

Your address

Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout, since the courier uses both. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the courier couldn't reach you, we'll contact you to send it again, with a new shipping fee, or refund the order minus the original shipping fee.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to let us know.
