Who we are

This website, girlsbeinggirls.world, is run by MMD Digital Marketing Services, under the brand Girls Being Girls. Our address is 110 Tulips, Sacrifice Valley, Hermosa, Bataan 2111, Philippines. You can reach us at hello@girlsbeinggirls.world.

Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from screen to screen.

Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Shipping is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through. We then email a confirmation to the address you gave at checkout. You don't need an account to order.

If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item has sold out or a pricing error slipped through, we'll tell you and refund the full amount you paid.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment provider. You can pay with QR Ph. To pay with GCash, choose QR Ph and scan the code in your GCash app. We never see or store your wallet or bank login details.

Event tickets

When you save a seat at a paid gathering, we hold it for 30 minutes while you pay. If you don't pay in time, the seat goes back on sale. If a seat opens up for you from the waitlist, we hold it for 24 hours. Your seat is confirmed once your payment goes through and we've emailed you. Cancellations are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery

We ship across the Philippines. Rates, delivery times, and what happens if a parcel is delayed or lost are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.

Our content

The Girl Talk prompts, our designs, photos, logo and the text on this site belong to Girls Being Girls. You're welcome to play with your deck and share photos of it. Please don't copy, reprint or sell our prompts or designs without our written permission.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to get into parts you aren't meant to access, or to place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

Our responsibility

Our cards are for conversation and fun. They aren't professional, medical or psychological advice. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using our products or this site, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Hermosa, Bataan.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its effective date, is the one that applies to orders placed today.
